The story of Actress – Pialy Mallik

My journey to pursue a career within the Entertainment Industry started many years ago.
I became a Red Coat & a Blue Coat Entertainer for Pontins &Butlins, which gave me the confidence and experience to entertain the public by gaining Singing, Dancing & Hosting Skills.
I then went on to establish a successful Solo Career as a Singer in many Pubs & Clubs and gained a wider fan base by being constantly rebooked to perform again and asked by many members of the public to sing at Wedding Venues and other party events.

My era of music started in the ’80s and from a young age I fell in love with slow songs/ballads and my idol was Whitney Houston whom I considered to my role model and who I aspired to be like when performing songs from the heart to my audience.
I then had the pleasure of becoming an aunt to my beautiful niece & nephew. I devoted a lot of my time to these 2 crazy characters and gained direct insight into how children view life which in itself was a magical experience.

This then gave me the imagination to create my very first children’s book – which 2 of the characters in the book were created & written for them to star in my book and the story became a magical fantasy for them to have as their own personal and magical adventure.
Through hard work, determination, and connecting with the right social networks, I successfully managed to market my books into Britain’s well-known Book Shops which is a difficult task for any unknown author to do.

The next part of my exciting journey is currently happening, whereby I am taking ongoing acting classes to achieve a successful acting career in the extremely near future.
Although I am new to the film industry, I do not know how or why but I have now also successfully managed to sign up with an Acting Agent. (Maybe because I am crazy, and Agents need you to be just that to take on one of the world’s hardest careers out there! Who knows?)

I am a true born Piscean, we dream big, we are creative, and have the most imaginative talents out of all the Zodiac Signs.
To conclude my life story, I am now ready to let my talents shine and as it is a New Year now, I believe that the possibilities are endless!
